So I just bought my FMF ticket from ebay.
$190.
What a farce.
I knew when the lineup came out months ago that it'd sell out. I mean, on the back of last year and the ever increasing festival scene in Sydney how could it not?
So the plan for satdee goes something like this:
Get there to catch some of the Riot in Belgium set between 1 and 2
then The Bang Gang (F*UCK YEAH!) play for an hour at the Kink stage (wonder how Dangerous Dan is going to run over from the Famous stage at the end of the Riot set?)
After which it's time to chill/stage hop between acts like Fedde Le Grand, Midnight Juggernaughts, The Egg, might even go stomp to Subbies music at the Godskitchen stage in memory of last winter
then............. the act of the day for me: Tom Novy I wanted to hear play again badly after 360
I hear Rex The Dog is good and......
then to finish the day Carl Cox , Chris Lake, and Garraud clash! What to f*ucking do? At least the finish won't be a dissapointment like Good Vibes
The weather the last few days has been perfect festival weather. Those cool breezy evenings. The music. Oh f*uck I can't wait.
